When it comes to achieving success and overcoming obstacles, Steven Kay brings an invaluable wealth of knowledge and experience. Starting his working career straight out of high school, Steven Kay became a top level executive of a marketing company by age 19.

After moving to Texas in 1993 and a few more years of continual growth in the corporate environment as a business manager and project development specialist , Steven decided to start his own marketing company. In 1996, Steven built his small one-man operation to a full service marketing management and consultation firm, assisting organizations with multi-million dollar campaigns. Then in 1998, Steven Kay decided to pursue another of his passions (hockey), and purchased a roller hockey rink in Houston. Unfortunately, this business did not become profitable despite his efforts and achievements , and had to be closed down even though he had tripled the revenues . This turn of events almost forced Steven into bankruptcy and left him with nothing. Having to start over, Steven never gave up on achieving his goals and dreams.

In January of 2000, Steven took up employment with a life insurance company, which led him into the financial services arena. Even with the recent setbacks and obstacles to still overcome, Steven Kay's entrepreneurial spirit was still very alive. He learned very quickly that insurance was about helping others secure financial success, and is only a part of a well thought out financial plan.

Steven developed a unique retirement planning system called The Financial Stronghold (TM), designed to allow people to create true financial stability from the ground up. Specializing in the area of life and health insurance as a part of this overall system, Steven became an independent broker so that he could represent his client's best interest.

Very early in his new career, Steven Kay was invited on several business radio programs (such as "Mid Day Money Talk") as a featured expert in his field. This instilled in him a new desire to host a radio program of his own that helped people achieve financial success, and in mid 2004 he not only started to work on this concept , but completely devoted himself to it.

However, Steven knew that success depended on much more than just money. How we run our business, even how we manage our personal lives impacts this as well. He wanted to show people all the different aspects of life that cause both success and failure, everything from our health, lifestyle, marketing & advertising, technology, budgeting, investing, and more.

This idea became the premise for "Life Business and Money" , Steven Kay's talk show that discusses every area of life and how they affect our success and productivity. Of course, Steven is not the expert in all of these areas, so he has put together a panel of advisors and guests who are the most knowledgeable about their specific industry.

The show "Life Business and Money, with Steven Kay" first aired live on April 4th, 2005, and is continually growing in popularity among business owners, executives, and sales professionals, or anyone who either is successful or has the desire to achieve true success in any and every area of their life. Steven and his Advisor Panel share their experiences, their success and failures, to help people to learn from both the obstacles they have faced and the achievements they have accomplished.
